Delivery Policy for SIA Mammybox and Colors and Wonders

At SIA Mammybox and Colors and Wonders, we aim to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to our customers worldwide. Please read our delivery policy carefully for detailed information about shipping destinations, costs, and timelines.


1. Shipping Destinations and Costs

We offer free delivery to the following countries:

  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Estonia

We ship to the following regions and countries:

  • European Union Countries
  • USA
  • Canada
  • Australia

For countries not listed above, please contact us at forcolorsandwonders@gmail.com to inquire about shipping availability and costs. Shipping costs vary for destinations outside Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
2. Delivery Times

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method:

  • Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–5 business days
  • European Union Countries: 5–10 business days
  • USA, Canada, Australia: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

FAQ
Do I have to pay import duty/ taxes?

Colors and Wonders ships all international orders from Latvia. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations for further information.


Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to cancel it. Please contact our team at  forcolorsandwonders@gmail.com we will try our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Once the order has been fulfilled and left the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order and this would have to be refused delivery and sent back to Colors and Wonders. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer and Colors and Wonders does not cover return shipping fees.


Can I change the order I made?

Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to change it. Please contact our Customer Care team at forcolorsandwonders@gmail.com we will try our best to update it.

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.


Ho do I get free delivery?

We offer free delivery to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lituania.

World wide free delivery is available only for standard tracked delivery on all orders which are over 85 €.The total at checkout must be over 85 € after any discount has been applied.


How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you are sent an email with a hyperlink to track your parcel with the chosen courier.

You can also follow the progress of your order and access your tracking link from your Colors and Wonders account. If the link is not working or the parcel has not moved in 3-4 days, please get in touch forcolorsandwonders@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.
